Upward Solutions
For decades, our President, Norma Pacheco has had the privilege of serving in various leadership roles, even as a dedicated case manager, passionately working towards ending homelessness for individuals with mental and physical disabilities. She has also worked with countless organizations and agencies to create a safe and supportive environment for residents in need, fostering personal development and empowerment to each life she touched. As the President of Upward Solutions, she continues to leverage these values to make a meaningful impact, striving to create positive change and improve the lives of inner city St. Paul and Minneapolis residents.
Ways We Give Back
We are committed to giving back in numerous impactful ways. For at-risk youth and young adults, we offer mentorship, educational support, and career guidance to help them achieve their full potential. Single mothers benefit from our programs that provide the support and resources needed to create a stable and prosperous future for themselves and their children. We even assist low-income families with comprehensive support services aimed at achieving financial stability and improving their quality of life. For migrants and asylum seekers, we provide a welcoming and supportive environment, offering resources to help them integrate and thrive in their new communities. Additionally, our job training and workforce development programs are designed to help the unemployed and underemployed find gainful employment and advance their careers. Through these efforts, we strive to create positive change and uplift those in need within our community.
